I moved to Auburn when I was entering the 7th grade. I graduated from Auburn High School, the same as my children, husband, parents and grandparents. That’s FOUR generations of Bulldogs!

*I am a life long learner with over 36 hours past my Masters Degree and continue to improve my knowledge in teaching with professional development opportunities such as workshops, conferences and webinars.
*My husband is a safety specialist at Cooper Nuclear Station. He has worked there for nearly 40 years.
*My daughter, Kelsea, is a Spanish teacher and volleyball coach in Superior, NE. Her husband, Brian Blevins, is the football coach and athletic director at Lawrence-Nelson Schools. I have one granddaughter named Breea and a grandson named Cruz. *My son, Trent, graduated from Hastings College with a Biology degree and is currently at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, studying to be a dentist. He will officially become Dr. Jones in May 2017.
You may see me walking or biking around Auburn with my husband, Doug. I enjoy working out with friends. I also love to spend time reading a good book! Let me know if you have a good book to share.
