National Teach Children to Save Day at Auburn Middle School

On April 24, 2007 Auburn State Bank employees visited AMS to teach the 5th graders the importance of saving. The students enjoyed reviewing many facts about money, coins, history, and even presidential trivia. The bank employees explained how interest can really increase a savings account balance over time. New pencils and gold presidential coins will help our future citizens of America to remember why to save. Special Thanks to Auburn State Bank for teaching students how to save their money!
