The Board of Education of School District #29 of Nemaha County, Nebraska met on August 16, 2007 at the Central Office for a special board workshop. Notice of meeting was posted at Carson National Bank, Auburn State Bank, Nemaha County Courthouse and the Central Office.
Board member Bob Hemmingsen called the special workshop to order at 12:01 p.m. Roll call of members present were: Oestmann, Hemmingsen, Obermeyer and Kernes Krause. Mike Zaruba and Barb Billesbach were absent.
Board member Bob Hemmingsen pointed out the Open Meetings Law poster on display at the meeting.
Motion by Obermeyer and second by Kernes Krause to approve the agenda as presented. Roll call vote: Hemmingsen (yes), Obermeyer (yes), Kernes Krause (yes) and Oestmann (yes). Motion carried 4-0.
The board discussed general agenda items and no action was taken.
