FLA supports Project Response

Nemaha County people who are in need have been on the minds of
the Auburn High School chapter of Future Leaders of America (FLA).
The group felt compelled to do something about their concern.
They chose to donate money and children's items to Project Response
. On Nov. 14, a Project Response victim's advocate, Dawn Parriott,
spoke to the Family and Consumer Sciences classes at AHS
about the extent of need and actions that can be taken. Group
members learned about the problems faced many Nemaha Countians and
ways to help. Kristin Kudrna is the club's sponsor.
