December 10, 2007
The Board of Education of School District #29 of Nemaha County, Nebraska met on
December 10, 2007 at the Central Office for a special board workshop. Notice of meeting was posted at Carson National Bank, Auburn State Bank, Nemaha County Courthouse and the Central Office.
Vice President Barb Billesbach called the special workshop to order at 12:00 p.m. Roll call of members present were: Oestmann, Billesbach, Obermeyer and Kernes Krause. Mike Zaruba and Bob Hemmingsen were absent.
The Open Meeting poster was noted.
Motion by Kernes Krause and second by Oestmann to approve the agenda as presented. Roll call vote: Billesbach (yes), Obermeyer (yes), Kernes Krause (yes) and Oestmann (yes). Motion carried 4-0.
Motion by Obermeyer and second by Oestmann to approve the minues of the 11-19-07 regular meeting as corrected (the date on the agenda listed the minutes as 11-29-07). Roll call vote: Billesbach (yes), Obermeyer (yes), Kernes Krause (yes) and Oestmann (yes). Motion carried 4-0.
The special workshop was adjourned at 12:48 p.m.
