Mr. Reiman

My mystery teacher is very kind, caring, and courteous. He enjoys his job, could never imagine doing anything different. He grew up near Beatrice, in a town called Virginia, Nebraska. He attended Lewiston High School. During high school he played football and basketball for four years and did track for one year. He continued his education at UNL, studying in secondary education. He chose to head this direction because he really enjoys working with kids and the high school experience. After college his first job was a 7-12 Physical Science teacher and coach at Weeping Water High School.
This teacher served 10 years in the Army National Guard as an Infantry man and as a JAG Assistant. His greatest accomplishment in life is marrying his wife, Deb. He also has 4 children, two boys and two girls. He is a very active leader in our community. He teaches 6th grade CCD for his church, a volunteer member of Auburn Parks and Recreation, and he also coaches city rec. sports. He wishes that the school would have all the money it needed for much needed improvements. Such as to build facilities, hire more teachers and add programs.
This persons favorite past time includes watching sports, especially football, baseball, Indy car racing and attending school activities. He enjoys watching and playing football and basketball. His favorite sport is football of course. In high school this person remembers being on a football team that was not supposed to be very good, but they finished 10-1, 3rd in the state. He was an All State LB, Captain of the team. In college he remembers the college life. “By far the best concert I’ve ever been to!” would be the Guns & Roses concert in Omaha.
