District #29 Patrons Approve Bond Question 1

District #29 voters were asked to vote Yes or No for three propositions regarding building new facilities for the school district on Tuesday, May 13th. Proposition #1 passed by 908 to 747.
Proposition #1 included new classrooms, new locker rooms and two physical education areas at Auburn High School and Calvert Elementary.
Proposition #2 and 3 did not pass.
Proposition #2 -- 819 Yes 827 No
Proposition #3 -- 766 Yes 863 No
After the election has been officially certified, District #29 Board of Education will begin the process of building the facilities described in Proposition #1.
