"What My Mother Means To Me"
My mom means alot to me. She helps me with my homework and I help her with her scrapbooking. Sometimes I help her clean the house. When my computer is broken she fixes it. When she drops a stamp I pick it up.
She e-mails me really nice stuff. I e-mail stuff to her too. Sometimes she reads me stories and plays games with me. My mom is really smart, I guess in school she got honor roll.
My mom is really, really nice. My mom plays the flute, recorder, organ and guitar. She is a really good quilter. My mom is really fun. My mom makes tasty meals like lasagna, macaroni and pizza. She used to be a computer teacher and a Spanish language teacher. She loves me and I try to show that I love her back by obeying her rules and giving her hugs at night before sleeping.

Auburn Middle School is proud to announce two fifth grade students, Ethan Dedic and Cameron Victor were among eleven finalists chosen by the Nebraska Mothers Association writing contest entitled "What My Mother Means to Me". Students will be recognized on Friday, April 3 at the State Capital in Lincoln. One of the eleven finalists will be selected for the National Contest.
"What My Mother Means To Me"
My mother means the entire world to me. I love her so much if I love her anymore she might die. She is the best mom in the world well, she is to me.
She is the best person who can care for me. When I'm sick she gives me chunky chicken noodle soup. When I am hurt she treats me like I'm a patient in the ICU, when I'm tired she tucks me into my bed and kisses me goodnight. The best of all is when I need some love she hugs and kisses me.
There are quite a few times when she helps me. Like when I was in the E.R. three times she was there with me. After open heart surgery she was there day and night during the four days I was there.
I think she is magnificient. I think she is graceful. I also know she has a loving heart. And most of all she is my worlds best mom.
I would be emo without her. Life wouldn't mean anything without her and most of all we wouldn't be able to love each other without her.
