Alternative Education

Alternative Education may be offered by Auburn Public Schools to students in grades 7-12 who have unique educational needs. Students must receive permission from the high school principal and guidance counselor to enroll in this program.
Alternative Education teacher, Jackie Hutton, provides instruction in several academic areas including history, geography, English, and science. Because of age variations and circumstances unique to each student, individual lesson plans are developed and implemented as needed.
