Welcome to Samantha Wehenkel's Teacher Page
Hello, I am Samantha Wehenkel. I teach grades 4-6 resource at Auburn Middle School. I also coach varsity girls softball. I love teaching and coaching on a daily basis! Each day brings new experiences that help me become a better teacher, coach, and person!

Family, Hobbies, and Interests:
My husband, Shawn, and I were married in July of 2005 and moved to Auburn in December of 2005. We both currently teach in the Auburn Public School District and love our jobs! Shawn grew up in Auburn and graduated from Auburn Public Schools. He coaches girls varsity basketball, girls golf, and boys golf. Shawn loves being involved with or watching any sport and enjoys hunting with our dog Dexter.
I grew up in Omaha and graduated from Westside High School. While I was growing up, I played competitive softball which makes me excited to begin my first year as the varsity girls softball coach! I enjoy golfing, softball, and watching any movie wether I've seen it or not.
Shawn and I are expecting our first child in December this year. We are looking forward to all the life changes that will occur after our baby is born! We are big supporters of Auburn activities and try to make it to as much as we can. We are also big supporters of Husker athletics!
