Carolyn Weston

August 22, 2008

Hello, I am Carolyn Weston and I teach Music at Auburn Public Schools.  I teach junior high band at the high school and then travel to the middle school to teach 6th grade band and 5, 6 music.  I enjoy being a teacher because it gives me a chance to share my love for music with my students.

I graduated from Adams Central High School in 2003 and then moved to Omaha, Nebraska to continue my education at University of Nebraska at Omaha.  I received my Music Education degree from UNO in 2007.  During my time in Omaha, I taught and helped out at many different schools.  A couple of them being Omaha Central and Elkhorn Ridge Middle School.

I have two brothers and two wonderful parents.  I also have two pets, Lance is my dog who lives with my parents since I could not take him to college with me.  My cat Antonio lives with me in Auburn and keeps me company.

I enjoy golfing when I have time, reading, cooking, and spending time with the people I love.

You can contact me before or after school at the High School, or during my planning period at the Middle School (12:00-12:50).  At the High School you can reach me at 274.4328, or the Middle School at 274.4027.  I am also available by e-mail at cweston@esu4.org
