Bulldog Fans, we have been closely following the breaking news out of Lincoln regarding the State Basketball Tournament. We are awaiting formal communication from the NSAA staff so that we have a better understanding of what this means for all schools. We will communicate ASAP.

The 7th and 8th grade teams both earned 2nd place at the ECNC quiz bowl competition today! The high school teams had a good showing against some tough competition. Congrats to all the teams!

A College Fair for all students in grades 9-12 will be held on Sunday March 29. Students and parents are invited to attend this free fair on Sunday March 29 from 1- 3 pm on the Southeast Comm. College Lincoln campus. Over 60 Midwest college, universities and trade schools will be on site.

Congratulations to the High School Band for receiving the Excellence in Academic Achievement award from the Nebraska Bandmasters Association. Bands must have an average of a 3.5 GPA to receive the award. Great job!

A military service academy open house is scheduled Saturday, March 21 in Kearney.
U.S. Rep. Adrian Smith, and U.S. Sens. Deb Fischer and Ben Sasse will be hosts. It will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kearney Public Library.
The day presents an opportunity for young Nebraskans to learn more about the U.S. service academies and other military service possibilities.
