Art club took a trip to Lincoln for a UNL Art dept. tour, visit to the Gomez art supply, and several art galleries including the Sheldon Art Museum and Kiechel Fine Art. It was a great day!
Thursday is the last shopping day of the book fair!
Last night the BOE approved changes to the school calendar. The changes to make note of are as follows:
- Due to hosting district speech, March 18, 2020, is now a non-student attendance day for middle/high school students. (Calvert will still be in session.)
-April 13, 2020 is now a student and staff attendance day. (Originally scheduled as a potential make-up day.) Here is the updated calendar.

Thank you to those who helped to make the Veterans' Day Program successful today as we honored our veterans and those currently serving in the military.
We thank the band, digital media class, speakers, those setting up and tearing down the setup.
Three Juniors read their Voice of Democracy essays during our Veterans Day Program about what makes America great. They all did an amazing job expressing their gratitude for the Veterans' service.
Today was the AMS/AHS Veterans Day Program. We appreciate all the veterans who have served to make our country safe and free. Thank you to the community for coming out to take part in our program.
