Talk with your child’s teacher. Ask what skills your child needs some extra help with. Make sure your child is well rested. Children ages 6-12 should get 9-12 hours of sleep, and children ages 13-18 should get 8-10 hours of sleep. Communicate with your child and ask them what a high and low of their day was.
The Auburn Varsity Boys and Girls Track Team will compete in their District Tournament on Tuesday at Waverly High School. Field events begin at 10:00, while running events begin at 1:00. Good Luck!
