Talk with your child’s teacher. Ask what skills your child needs some extra help with. Make sure your child is well rested. Children ages 6-12 should get 9-12 hours of sleep, and children ages 13-18 should get 8-10 hours of sleep. Communicate with your child and ask them what a high and low of their day was.
